Full description:
This food and wine tour includes an educational workshop on bread making with a prior presentation and description of the company, which has been active in the area for four generations. It all starts with the explanation of the products used.
It continues with the entrance to the laboratory where the master baker will describe the processing techniques.
While making the loaves of bread, guests will be able to get their hands on the dough by working and creating their own loaf of bread which they can take away with them at the end of cooking.
At the end of the processing, guests can finish with a tasting of typical products in a designated area where they can comfortably relax.
